1. What are natural colours?

Natural colours are pigments derived from plant, animal or mineral sources that are not synthetically produced and have undergone little or no chemical processing.

2. What is the difference between natural and synthetic colours?   

Natural colours are mostly derived from plants and animals, with the exception of Garcinia Cambogia, they are non-toxic and safe for the human body. Most natural pigments are biologically active, such as β-carotene, vitamin B2, etc., with nutritional benefits and natural colouring. However, the content of natural pigments is generally low, the cost is high and the stability and tinting strength are not as good as synthetic pigments in some application products.

Synthetic pigments have a number of advantages, such as bright colours, strong tinting power and a variety of shades, but they have one major disadvantage, namely toxicity (including toxicity, diarrhoea-causing properties and carcinogenicity). 

3. How to ensure product quality before placing an order?

We have free sample shipping service, 20-50g samples are available for you to try, factory report and third party test report are available, quality is guaranteed.

4. What is the minimum order quantity of pigment?   

After the success of the sample, the minimum order quantity is 20kg for one piece of goods, if you meet the customers with small amount of pigment, you can contact the business manager to take 1kg or 5kg according to the actual situation.

5. How to deal with product quality dispute?  

Every batch of products shipped by Tiansheng will go through strict quality control to ensure the quality and safety of the products. Products with insufficient colour or unqualified quality cannot be shipped to customers. If there is any problem with the products, we will refund the payment or exchange the products according to the customer's request if it is determined to be our company's reason.
